I got one of those stupid e-mail good luck chain letter things... it said "This Chinese proverb originated in the Netherlands." Wouldn't that make it a DUTCH proverb? Hmmmm... Just a thought.

The best part about being me is Carley. This woman never ceases to amaze me. I'm totally teet-rottingly in love with her. Just so you all know.

I really like teaching kids to drive and to cheer. Our squads are growing slowly but steadily and I LOVE what I do. We got to talking about what our dream jobs would be. I would like to be able to write, to coach, and to "putter around." I don't want a desk job. I want to coach and write and putter- build a deck, mow the lawn, fix up a house, build things, maybe restore a car or just modify the hell out of one... I don't want a day job. maybe teaching but it would have to be college.

The worst part about being me is the fact that I'm always restless- I always want to be changing my situation- making more money, doing different work, driving a different car, building a new computer, reading something new... I don't know if that's actually a bad thing but it's the hardest part of my life. That and my almost total lack of patience.
